The Project
Impact Communications created a PrimeSource Building Products hybrid tradeshow that showcased their product offerings, staged general sessions and generated some fun entertainment events.
The hybrid tradeshow featured in-person traditional booths, but also virtual 3D booths where clients could view products, conduct a chat with a booth representative and place an order. The virtual booth offered product specification sheets, videos, marketing materials and vendor contact information. Booth owners received lead retrieval reports enabling them to follow up with clients.

PrimeSource Building Products is one of the largest purveyors of fasteners in the world and one of the largest distributors of building materials in North America.

Over 725 in person and 200 virtual attendees for a total of 825 attendees

To provide a showcase for product offerings and share key insights to help customers make informed product choices.
The Process
The general sessions were lived streamed to virtual attendees putting them there in the moment where attendees learned about the expansive services that PrimeSource offers, from inventory management to market intelligence.
A live event wouldn’t be complete without some fun and entertainment. PrimeSource Building Products treated their clients to an exciting evening of food stations, a live concert and of course games with fabulous prizes.
