The Project
Impact was asked to create an interactive custom app for Aspen Dental that provides an overview of available denture options and their corresponding features and benefits. The app is used by a doctor or office team member to help patients select the best denture option for them. The app was used at over 800 offices nationwide in every Aspen Dental office.

Our Process
Impact was responsible for the entire design of the app, including navigation, wireframes, graphic design and coding. We worked with Aspen Dental to understand what information needed to be included and then we began to map out a strategy to efficiently organize it. “Ease of use” was our battle cry. The app needed to be intuitive so that clinical staff could easily navigate the app during a patient consultation. We worked closely with Aspen Dental’s IT department to deploy the app to all 800 offices and managed troubleshooting as new offices were opened.
